入住了知名的騰沖柏聯酒店，本想僅僅感受那個出名的温泉♨，但除了温泉，竟然領略到了不一樣的騰沖柏聯魅力。從進入酒店，就感受到了避世的人間世外桃源，美麗的山林，優雅的茶室。。。。。竹林水岸，慢慢的帶着優雅的鬆弛感。讓人更加驚喜的是服務，把對客人的關注，個性化的服務發揮到了最大。從剛入門接待我們的彬彬管家，任何要求都是秒回，可以是有求必應。那個貼心和温暖，服務的讓我們度假的心情好到了飛起。。。住宿期間，所有的服務細節都做的非常上心，完美的呈現了高水平的貼心管家，甚至滿足了我們想吃烤熱的鮮花餅，竟然都做到了。一切都超出了我們的預期。還有餐廳，我們吃素，隨口一提。但是第二天早餐，竟然餐廳給我們準備了素食的米線和蔬菜，讓我們非常感動。柏聯酒店的服務，讓我們的騰沖之旅無比滿足，感恩酒店的管理層如此超前的人性化服務理念，感恩酒店的彬彬管家和用心的服務人員，一切都是那麼貼心完美！

因為在昆明柏聯體驗的很好，所以到了騰沖也想體驗一下和順古鎮旁邊的和順柏聯。酒店建設的非常有特色，色調乾淨統一，位置在和順古鎮旁邊，鬧中取靜，非常的靜謐治癒。我們選擇的房型是複式湯屋，真的很愛這個房型，挑高很高，顯得房間又大又通透，衞生很乾凈。主要想説一下和順柏聯的服務，服務真的很到位，前台管家楊雲麗一直負責我們在店的一切事務，非常熱情和貼心，有求必應，處理問題速度非常快，讓我們得到了很好的入住體驗。餐廳的餐食也蠻好吃，尤其早餐的稀豆粉油條，真的很棒了！感謝～下次來騰沖，還是會選擇和順柏聯。

從出發就感受到了貼心服務，提前一天就聯繫接機服務，機場出口處接；親子家庭，暖心地贈送了一份早餐和古鎮的門票；離古鎮尚有一段距離，酒店亦提供接送（12：00-22：00）；房中有私湯，也可無限次共享公共温泉泡湯（12：00-22：00）和室內外泳池；每位員工都熱情、周到；離開不去機場也可以送到下一個酒店，意外地收到了贈送的茶禮（紅茶特別好喝）；給管家小姐姐Aileen黃點個贊，同樣送給每一位工作人員，接送的司機師傅也特別好
